Ok about 8 months ago wolfenstein crashed so i un installed it and re installed it and then this is what happens when i try to load it

Yes you have driver problem. (refresh)

you have to identify your current computer graphic device, then to properly install its driver.
if you can identify the current card type and tell me i can instruct to you how/where to download the proper driver for it.

for example: ATi Radeon 4550, or nVidia GeForce 9500 GT....
